Refund Policy

No refunds, exchanges, or returns are allowed all sales are final

Any open product cannot be returned. 

There are absolutely no exchanges for any reason. 

In the unlikely event that a product arrives not as described, we will only send replacements for damaged/missing products/wrong products within 14 days of receipt of the package. The customer must provide photos of the issue, including a packing slip.

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience UPS/ USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with UPS/ USPS. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim or reach out to litenupdispensary.com and we will be happy to help. Lite’N Up Dispensary suggests purchasing Route Package Protection for all your orders. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Lite’N Up Dispensary is not liable for lost, damaged or stolen items.

Cancellations

  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. For help canceling your unshipped order please email [email protected] or call 417-544-0693. 

  • Once your package has left our facility, you are no longer able to cancel your order. 

Age Verification & Auto-Canceled Orders

Per FDA Laws and Regulations, it is illegal to sell to any minors. If the age verification fails, we can attempt to verify by other means if we feel that there has been a mistake. This decision is up to Lite’N Up Dispensary, and at our discretion. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone, for any reason. 

Coupon Codes & Sales

Only one coupon code is applicable per order.  If you are having an issue with a coupon code, please contact us so we can help you place your order!

If you have missed a sale, we, unfortunately, cannot honor those sale prices once they have passed.  Keep an eye out for future specials and weekend sales!

Payment Options

During the checkout process, you may choose any of our current payment options to place your order. Please note that your order will not be processed until we receive payment from you.

 When will I receive my refund?

Please contact us to verify that a refund can be given.  After approval for a return, please allow 2-7 business days for your financial institution to deposit the funds back into your account.

RETURNS – if applicable

  • Lite’N Up Dispensary LLC DOES NOT ALLOW RETURNS ON ANY PRODUCTS. However, we may see it appropriate to allow a return under certain conditions. This does not mean you are guaranteed return approval.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, original sealed state in which it was received. You must also take the cost of shipping the item back to us.

  • The Package received in shipping must have not been opened to potentially be granted return approval.

  • Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as flowers, pre-rolls, edibles cannot be returned.

REFUNDS – if applicable 

  • Once your return is received and inspected, Lite’N Up Dispensary will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 

  • If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUND(S) – if applicable 

  • If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. 

  • Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. 

  • Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. 

  • If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at [email protected] .

EXCHANGES – if applicable

  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. This does not guarantee an exchange.

SHIPPING

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund amount.

  • If you receive exchange approval, Lite’N Up Dispensary will cover the cost of shipping the exchanged item back to you.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. 

  • If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
