COVID-19 Update: A message to our Lite’N Up Dispensary Customers

Our top priority is the health and safety of our employees and customers, so we completely redesigned our production and fulfillment center to comply with state-recommended social distancing and PPE guidelines.

What does this mean for you?

  • Processing times may be delayed. Generally, processing times are within 1-3 business days* although currently, those times vary due to the issues relating to COVID-19 and government orders and the impact to our business. Processing times may also be extended during holidays, launches/re-stocks, releases, and promotions.

  • You can cancel for a full refund. We have updated our return policy so you can cancel any unshipped order at any time for a full refund. To cancel the order if it has not been processed please contact us at [email protected] or call 417-544-0639.

Any domestic order in the U.S. placed will have a Flat Rate for its shipping cost of $10.00.

Do You Ship To My State?

Lite’N Up Dispensary abides by all federal and state laws which means that we may not be able to ship our product to your state depending on your state’s current laws around Delta-8 THC and other cannabinoids sold on this website.  Here is a list of states in which Delta-8 is currently still illegal and Lite’N Up Dispensary will not be able to ship products to the following states at this time.

Lite’N Up Dispensary LLC will not sell/ mail any Hemp Derived THC produce to the following states. Sorry for any inconvenience.  

Alaska, Arizona, California (No Vaping or Flower Products), Colorado,  Connecticut, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Michigan, Minnesota, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, South Carolina, Utah, Vermont, Washington

Lite’N Up Dispensary LLC can sell/mail Hemp derived CBD to ALL 50 States.


When will my order ship?

All orders usually have a processing time of 1-3 business days, no orders are processed over the weekend or on major holidays*.  Please allow 3-7 business days for shipping.

When will I receive my order after it ships?

Most of our orders ship via UPS/USPS. UPS/USPS shipping time is on average 3-7 business days. We are not liable for any delays once the item has been picked up*. Please contact UPS/USPS directly if you have any additional concerns.

*We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by natural occurrences such as but not limited to weather, COVID-19, Holiday rush, and lost packages.

What do I do if my package is lost?

Although this is a rare case, a damaged or lost package is another reason why you may experience UPS/USPS shipping delays. If you haven’t received your package for more than 7 days after the estimated delivery time frame, you should consider raising the issue with UPS/USPS. If you have purchased Route package protection you can easily file a claim or reach out to litenupdispensary.com and we will be happy to help. Lite’N Up Dispensary suggests purchasing Route Package Protection for all your orders. If Route Package protection is not purchased, Lite’N Up Dispensary is not liable for lost, damaged, or stolen items.

Lite’N Up Dispensary LLC DOES NOT Ship any Vape Products at this time. Please check back at a later date or shop in-store to purchase vape products. We are sorry for any inconvenience. Thank you for understanding.
